As Managing Director and Head Agent, James leads Minerva with vision, dedication, and first-hand industry experience. Having toured the UK in acclaimed productions and worked across both stage and screen, he brings a performer’s understanding to every client relationship. James’ transition into teaching and lecturing sharpened his ability to guide, mentor, and champion actors at every stage of their career. His mission remains clear: to ensure Northern performers are not only represented but celebrated.

Mia Drew — Senior Agent

Mia offers fresh insight and a performer’s perspective to her clients. A graduate of Leeds Conservatoire, she toured nationally with Collingwood Learning before moving into talent representation. Originally from Cornwall and now based in the North, Mia is especially committed to uplifting Northern actors and voices. With empathy, energy, and an instinct for spotting potential, she plays a key role in helping talent thrive.

Lewis Magee— Agent

Lewis William Magee is an actor from Bolton, developing his craft with a focus on naturalistic performance and character-driven storytelling. Lewis brings an authentic regional voice and grounded screen presence to his work. With a strong interest in film and television drama, he is particularly drawn to roles that explore complex emotions, working-class identity, and contemporary British life.
