As Managing Director and Head Agent, James leads Minerva with vision, dedication, and first-hand industry experience. Having toured the UK in acclaimed productions and worked across both stage and screen, he brings a performer’s understanding to every client relationship. James’ transition into teaching and lecturing sharpened his ability to guide, mentor, and champion actors at every stage of their career. His mission remains clear: to ensure Northern performers are not only represented but celebrated.

Mia Drew — Senior Agent

Mia offers fresh insight and a performer’s perspective to her clients. A graduate of Leeds Conservatoire, she toured nationally with Collingwood Learning before moving into talent representation. Originally from Cornwall and now based in the North, Mia is especially committed to uplifting Northern actors and voices. With empathy, energy, and an instinct for spotting potential, she plays a key role in helping talent thrive.

Reiss Meister — Agent

Reiss is a graduate of Italia Conti who spent several years working professionally as a triple-threat performer across singing, dancing, and acting, primarily on international cruise ships. His firsthand industry experience gives him a strong understanding of the demands placed on performers and the expectations of casting teams. Reiss is passionate about nurturing talent, building meaningful industry relationships, and guiding clients toward sustainable and fulfilling careers.

Abbie brings compassion, drive, and a deep understanding of the industry from her own work as a stage and screen actor.
